Student Fee Management


Setting Up Fee Structure

  1. Go to Fee Management:
    • Navigate to School Management → Fees.
  2. Create Fee Type:
    • Add types like Tuition, Transport, Library.
  3. Assign to Classes:
    • Map fee types and amounts to specific classes.

Recording Payments

  1. Open Student Record:
    • Search and open the student profile.
  2. Go to Fees Tab:
    • View outstanding fees.
  3. Record Payment:
    • Enter the amount and payment mode, then Save.
